Beacon’s team of experienced analysts then worked directly with the company’s management team to understand operations as well as prepare marketing materials and project deliverables. As part of Beacon’s outreach, its team contacted over 10,000 buyers across North America through its proprietary database, generating strong interest in the opportunity. Beacon’s team was able to secure multiple offers from qualified investors and experienced Software and IT professionals, of which a strategic buyer was identified as the best fit. Beacon was closely involved throughout deal negotiations and throughout the due diligence process.
As a result of the team’s dedication and hard work, Beacon was able to structure a deal that was in line with management’s exit plans. The transaction was finalized in late October 2021 as a share sale.

The company offers NetSuite implementation services, administrative support and customized professional services, assisting clients with assessment and integration for NetSuite.
