Intern – Online Specialist, Web Development and Social Media: Our Online Marketing team is looking for an experienced Online Specialist Intern to work on implementing and managing a number of projects involving company’s website, marketing material development, social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a third or fourth-year university student with knowledge of HTML, WordPress, graphic design, as well as social media and traditional marketing strategies. This is an ideal opportunity for a student looking to gain professional experience prior to graduation. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with frequent changes of priorities and freedom to drive projects and ideas from concept to completion.
Intern – Business Analyst: Our Administration team is looking to add a Business Analyst Intern to work in conjunction with the Business Analyst and the company’s Partners on a variety of transaction related projects. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, or third /fourth-year university student working towards a degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with strong analytical, written, research, MS Office, and data management skills. The major responsibilities include: assisting in valuing and analyzing companies, managing the client database, assisting in the development of business marketing materials, and writing industry related articles for the website. This is an ideal opportunity for a student looking to gain professional experience and learn about M&A processes.
Director, Commercial Real Estate: As part of our core service of facilitating business sale transactions we often encounter the need to provide accurate and professional commercial real-estate services to clients. We are currently looking for an experienced commercial real estate sales representative to head our Real Estate Transactions group and offer clients a one-stop shop to any of their sale, leasing and purchase needs pertaining to real estate. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years commercial real estate experience with a large commercial brokerage and have a track record in a variety of real estate transactions. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter and a motivated individual to leverage our connections in the area of business sales and head a real estate practice that caters to our large network of sophisticated business owners and entrepreneurs.
Sales Representative, Business Transactions: With the number of baby boomers entering retirement growing exponentially, we focus our services on assisting accomplished business owners in the process of selling their business and exit planning. Currently we are looking for experienced business professionals with a passion and interest in micro and mid-market M&A transactions throughout Ontario. As a licensed real estate and business brokerage in the Province of Ontario Beacon requires all our associates involved in business-related transactions to be registrants with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
