Transaction Summary
In the fall of 2015, Declan Dunne reached out to Mike Evans of Beacon Southwest with the desire to sell his business and transition it to a new owner. Declan wanted to realize the goodwill from the business and solidify his retirement finances. Beacon Southwest developed and implemented a marketing plan to find and screen many interested buyers. In the end, one buyer stood out for their expertise, financial capability, and passion for the business. Today the buyer is busy learning from Declan and selling Blue Diamond’s services to commercial and residential customers. Declan is enjoying his reduced hours and the beginning of his retirement!
