Interior and Exterior Finishing Company, established in 1995, is one of the leading manufacturers of wood, metal and glass across the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”). The company manufactures both interior and exterior components with wood or metal, glass and wrought iron, coming in a wide variety of paint finishes and custom colours.
Beacon ran an extensive sales process, vetting potential acquirers with interest in the home construction industry and a business with a dominant presence in its market. It was essential for Beacon that the prospective buyer possessed the vision and knowledge of how to sustain longevity and promote the expansion of an already well-established organization.
