He began his career in senior operations at an innovative internet company in New York City focused on supply chain and technology-enabled business solutions, developing a strong foundation in operational analysis and scalable business models.

He later practiced as a commercial litigation lawyer, advising on contractual disputes, transactional risk, and regulatory matters, an experience that continues to inform his deal structuring and risk mitigation strategies.

Will went on to lead Sunbelt Business Brokers in Toronto, serving as Chief Executive Officer and managing the three largest territories in Canada. In this role, he built and led advisory teams, scaled operations, and refined brokerage and transaction processes across diverse industries.

In parallel, Will has directed hospitality real estate development projects and overseen asset and property management operations, providing him with hands-on exposure to capital deployment, operational performance, and asset-level value creation.

At Beacon, Will serves as a senior dealmaker and director of business development, advising clients on:

• Business valuations for exit planning and strategic decision making
