Beacon acted as an advisor to Fulcrum Media on this transaction and facilitated the transfer of a number of assets which included numerous trade shows and trade publications. The Trade Shows acquired by Stagnito include Convenience U CARWACS Show (Toronto), Convenience U CARWACS (Calgary), Salon Dépanneurs, épiceries & Cie, Pharmacy U, and The Canadian Coffee & Tea Show. The publications include Pharmacy Business, Your Foodservice Manager, Your Convenience Manager, Independent Convenience News, and Octane.
