Beacon advises PR Exchange on its Sale to SinglePoint Group International Inc.
Toronto, Ontario, May 2019 – Beacon Corporation (“Beacon”) is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of PR Exchange Group of Companies Inc. (“PR Exchange”) to SinglePoint Group International Inc. (“SinglePoint”). Beacon acted as sell-side advisor for PR Exchange and facilitated the entire process through valuation, marketing, negotiation, due diligence.
Beacon ran an extensive sales process which involved vetting potential buyers to identify those with experience and interests in call centers with depth and experience in sales and marketing. Beacon’s deal team was closely involved through the entire transaction process, successfully closing the deal approximately eight months since its initial involvement. PR Exchange is one of Canada’s leading sales and marketing support companies, with a diversified client base.
As a result of Beacon’s extensive network and outreach, it was able to find a strategic buyer who was a good synergistic fit for the business. This acquisition was a natural progression for SinglePoint, a well-established customer management firm who offer services including sales program development and customer experience and retention support. Given the growth prospects of the management consulting industry, the buyers saw an opportunity to leverage PR Exchange’s current strengths to further expand its top line and market share.
