Experience
For more than 30 years, Clint has managed and performed assignments for mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, financial reporting and tax compliance. These assignments covered a wide range of industries and included valuations of controlling and non-controlling interests in closely held corporations, publicly traded securities, restricted securities, partnership interests, membership interests, reporting units, intangible assets, preferred stock, warrants, options, and debt securities. He has testified as an expert in both U.S. Federal and State courts.
Clint has a Diploma in Accounting, an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a BA in Economics. He is a Chartered Accountant (inactive) with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
Clint has participated in and taught various professional courses for the American Society of Appraisers and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
