Recognizing the opportunity to expand upon Beacon’s track record of success both in Canada and internationally, Cary is collaborating with Beacon to offer the highest quality sell-side advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States.

Cary is the founder and Managing Director of WestCape Advisors, a corporate advisory firm focused on the commercial services and healthcare services industries. Before establishing WestCape, Cary served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at MDB Capital Group, a boutique investment bank focusing on companies with transformative technologies and extensive intellectual property assets. During his six years with MDB, Cary managed a diverse portfolio of private and public financings, including initial public offerings, private placements, and bridge financings, and guided clients through complex restructuring, M&A, and other strategic transactions.

Cary earned his law degree and MBA from Pepperdine University after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. He is a California State Bar member and holds Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
